Abstract: A third-party negotiation automation tool for generating cost estimates on behalf of a seller is described herein. In response to receiving a request for a product from a buyer, a seller may choose to participate in a negotiation for fulfilling the request. The system may utilize one or more data sources, such as user-provided data, third-party data, and the like, to generate a cost estimate on behalf of the seller for fulfilling the request. Based on the benefits analysis, a determination is made of whether any of the outstanding loans can be consolidated, and whether any of the loans are excluded from being consolidated. Consolidated loan information is sent to the user electronic computing device regarding a consolidated loan for any of the loans that can be consolidated. After the user requests data on a specific vehicle configuration, a frontend process handles user-provided data in conjunction with the data calculated in the backend process to ensure that the results are better tailored to the user's specific vehicle attributes. The results can include pricing data such as a trade-in price, a list price, an expected sale price or range of sale prices, market low sale price, market average sale price, market high sale price, etc.

Abstract: The present technology provides for facilitating efficient identification of relevant metrics. In one embodiment, a set of candidate metrics for which to determine relevance to a user is identified. For each candidate metric, a set of distribution parameters is determined, including a first distribution parameter based on implicit positive feedback associated with the metric and usage data associated with the metric and a second distribution parameter based on the usage data associated with the metric. Such usage data can efficiently facilitate identifying relevance even with an absence of negative feedback. Using the set of distribution parameters, a corresponding distribution is generated. Each distribution can then be sampled to identify a relevance score for each candidate metric indicating an extent of relevance of the corresponding metric. Based on the relevance scores for each candidate metric, a candidate metric is designated as relevant to the user.

Abstract: Automating a product offering presented in a consumer kiosk application for creating and order consumer photo-related products. An automated product offering system determines in real-time or near real-time the availability of products to be offered to the consumer and adjusts the display on the kiosk GUI to guide the user to select products that are currently available. The product availability may be specific to a location and a retailer hosting the consumer kiosk application. The kiosk GUI display is adjusted in accordance with product advertising and promotional campaigns to guide the user to generate orders for products that offer the best value to the consumer while helping retailers and kiosk operators succeed with advertising campaigns.

Abstract: A self-service point-of-sale kiosk is provided with a printer and access to a database (on-site or remote) with images that can be selected and printed on-demand. The consumer can search the database at the kiosk via an interactive display (user interface “UI”) disposed on the enclosure of the kiosk or via a mobile app or website. One or more images from the database can be selected at the UI and printed, rolled, and packaged within the enclosure of the kiosk. Alternately, the user can upload an image to the memory of the kiosk via a port on the enclosure or via Internet connection. The packaged image is dispensed out of the kiosk to the user within minutes. Payment for the printed image can be processed at the kiosk as well, or via an Internet connection to the kiosk service system.

The user lifetime values are utilized by the search engine in search engine marketing processes.

Abstract: Traditionally, a software application is developed, tested, and then published for use by end users. Any subsequent update made to the software application is generally in the form of a human programmed modification made to the code in the software application itself, and further only becomes usable once tested, published, and installed by end users having the previous version of the software application. This typical software application lifecycle causes delays in not only generating improvements to software applications, but also to those improvements being made accessible to end users. To help avoid these delays and improve performance of software applications, deep learning models may be made accessible to the software applications for use in providing inferenced data to the software applications, which the software applications may then use as desired.
